I have a client that needs a business loan for an exisiting import auto repair center. The center has been in operation for 12 years and is doing well. The business is located in Houston, Texas USA. The current owner has two other business and cannot attend to this one therefore he is selling it to his long time employees. They are asking for a 10 year note. The amount requested is $250,000. When you say business loan? Are you asking for a SBA loan where he doesn’t buy the property? Or a loan where he buys the property only? Or a loan where he buys property and inventory and working capital? What does the 250 consit of?
